Hey,

Started vaping last week to reduce the amount I smoke and stop chain smoking. Picked up an Aspire Zelos Nano and trying 10ml 20mg nic salts (Dinner Lady Watermelon slices) which seems to be doing the trick.

For any Dinner Lady Nic salt users, is there much difference between the 10/20mg? Any flavours that I should try as I was gonna try 10 on a 5 for £10 deal?

Hi and welcome to the community. If you are chain smoking I would think you would need the 20mg to start with.

As Rew said if you were chain smoking then I'd start with the 20mg. As for flavours, the lemon tart is definitely one to try.

It's hard to advise on flavours and nicotine strength because it's all so subjective and individualistic, but congratulations on making the conversion, and stick with it!

hi and welcome, stick with 20mg salts for now, you can always reduce later down the line, i still use 20mg salts in my pod devices and use 3mg strength salts in my sub ohm devices and thats after a few years of vaping, i would say dont stick to one brand, get a multiple deal but with different brands, you will soon find what you like / dislike and there are fruits, tobaccos and desert flavours to choose from

Well done on starting you journey, i done exactly the same as you initially. I still had about 10 cigarettes a day but alternated with vaping, within a month i switched to vaping only and it was actually much easier than i thought. That was 3 years ago. I started on 20mg salts and now i use between 5mg and 10mg depending on the brand.

As Cozy has said above, try and mix the brands up. That way you get to try many flavours and they really due differ from one brand to another. I got stuck on one brand and they discontinued it in the uk and it took me ages to find something else that i really like.

Good brands that i would recommend too are

• Dr Vapes
• Prime Vapes MTL collection
• Pod Salt and Nexus
• Manabush - sold in 30ml bottles with 20ml flavour and you add a salt nic to make it 30ml
• LegioX (same bottles as Manabush, mix flavour with salt nic) different flavours
• Supergood

Shop around but Prime Vapes also stock a large range of ready made nic salts as well as their own brand.

i dont use salts so cant help there but plenty of great advice above.
dinner lady do some great flavours and the one that really kicked it of for them was lemon tart.
their summer holiday range are really good as well but all have the cooling effect.
As Dee said, any more questions just ask away as there is never a stupid question when it comes to vapes.
