The vape has definitely slowed me down and although I don't intend to quit it may end up happening with vaping eventually.

Appreciate the recommendations from Cozy and Dee regarding liquids, helps that there are many similar brands there that appeal. I picked up 5 ice flavours and 5 dessert/fruit flavours to test the dinner lady range. Once I use up the Vapouriz that came with the vape I will refer back to this to try a few of them out .

its never a good idea to use high nicotine and smoke as well. salts are very smooth on the throat but if you want the throat hit to replicate smoking it might be a good idea to try 18mg freebase. i managed to give up overnight on 18mg after smoking 20-30 a day for 37 years.
the sooner you kick the cigs the sooner you can detox all the shite out your lungs that cigs caused.
even after 37 years my lungs on chest xrays look like ive never been a smoker.

Appreciate the link to your post, I have been checking it before I place orders to double check the difference from where I'm ordering first so definitely handy.

I don't think the nicotine intake should be too much of a problem, I smoke stronger superking size and have reduced the amount from 20+ to between 7- 12. I'm vaping less than 2ml a day constantly swapping between a 12mg freebase and 20mg nic salts so it should be close to the same nicotine intake as before. On the 10 I just bought, I've got 5 in 20mg and 5 in 10mg so I shouldn't over do it.

Regardless of strength and throat hit, the vape seems to break habit of boredom smoking or chaining 3-4 whilst I sit outside and have a tea. I will play around with different strengths and see what is most effective.

Do you know of anywhere that has a range of travel cases? Most I've seen are catered to specific devices. Since I travel between me and my partner I need to be able to carry everything without worrying about damage and leakage.

Haha, yeah I dont go through much at the moment though I have it on me 24/7 as I take hits intermittently whilst gaming rather than chain vaping. It's been a blessing for driving though as I never smoke in the car so traffic and long journeys are much more pleasant
