I gradually cut down on the amount of ciggs I smoked and increased the amount I vaped until the vaping took over from the ciggs, I found that when I purchased my 1st sub ohm device I could get by with 6mmg nicotine, as time passed I reduced my nic level to 1.5 mg and I'm happy at that level.

Hello Gene, welcome aboard mate.

I used to smoke 20 premades a day...so i started with 12mgs nic strengh juice via a Mouth to lung set up...which i still use today. The Aspire Zelos & Naultilus tank. You can still get the starter kit, that comes with the nautilus 2 tank, which is okay, but a pig to unscrew the cap off! Aspire have since brought out the 2S..which i gather is much easier to unscrew the cap off.

Other folks will no doubt will put forward their suggestions....but may i just point out....avoid the flashy high powered Smok tanks. Their quality control isn't what is used to be....too many folks complain about thier products....but they are a couple of goods ones, like the dinky Nord pod kit.
