Just wanna say been vaping for 5days now, after 40 years on 20/30 roll-ups a day.Can't belive how easy it's is so far and how much I'm enjoying it. But i'm vaping about 1.6mg of juice with 24mg of nicotine a day, is this too much nicotine ?.

thats not much mate i vape 8-10 mls of 18mg per day big dave dorn i believe vapes 50mg i wouldnt advise that though

Welcome , I found 18 mg works well for me use to smoke 20/ 25 perday hope this helps

Just an update been vaping now for 14 days, had a few beers last night and still did'nt want a fag, so I'm dead chuffed with myself, loving this vaping and sooooo much more enjoyable than a stinkie
