PLEASE DON'T JUDGE

Ive just come back to vaping (2years no vape or smoke).
But due to personal circumstances ive found myself back with the vape.

I stipped 2 years ago as i felt my chest very heavy from it but as time has gone by perhaps this was down to me going straight to a big cloud chucker type?

Anyway picked up a xros3 with some 5mg nic salts.

Set it up and took about 10 nice draws and was lovely, however for the rest of the day again not crazy but bit of a tight chest.

Has anyone experienced this?
Maybe coz ive tried nic salts for the first time?
Is there like an adjustment period?

Thank you

Hello @Very good very nice welcome to the forum, no one on here will judge you we all differ in circumstances one way or another that’s life.
I can’t vape nic salts they irritate my throat and cough my heart up. You could try freebase eliquid to see if there’s any difference.
I don’t know what made you come back to vaping but if it is vaping that’s affecting your chest it might be worth trying to give it up again but whatever you choose don’t go back to smoking.

Im on escitalopram for some other health problems I've had, however a side effect can be an increase in the urge for impulsive behaviour and in my case that a uncontrollable urge to smoke but i refused to go back to tobacco.

I really loved vaping , but is it something that just doesnt agree with some people?

Drop the nic strength, you're vaping 50mg nic. I guess you're in the US or Far East. Look for 0.2(20mg) nic or lower.

Hiya mate, welcome to the forum.

Honestly, if it's not agreeing with you then the best thing to do would be to stop.

If you're going to persist though then it's a case of trying different things to find out if something specific is causing it. Could be the nic salt you are using, there are a couple of different types aswell as freebase nicotine. Could be the coil material, stainless steel, Ni80 kanthal etc. Or it could be PG/VG or certain flavourings in the liquids.
