HI all, I am not new to vaping but I am always learning new things. Next month will be 2 years since I had my last analog and started using an open tank system. Cigalikes didn't work for me at all. After 3 days with a protank2 I was smoke free. Amazing... I got my wife to switch a week or so after I did....
I rebuild all of my coils, PT2, Subtank RTA and OCC (clapton, dual paralell, twisted), and drippers of course. I have just purchased a couple TFV4's and am trying to perfect my builds on the single, dual and clapton RTA. I was building on the dual rta and puting it in my TFV4 mini and could not fix the dry hits. I noticed the Clapton RTA has a smaller base than the other 2 so I wicked it up and put it in the mini and no problems. I built and wicked the dual RTA I was wanting in the mini and put it into the larger TFV4 and no dry hits.
Everything I have read says they are all interchangeable though.
I am loving this tank... Flavor and Vapor are GREAT.. It will go through Juice soooo fast though. I also DIY all of my and my wifes Eliq. and have plenty of supplies to keep this tank happily fed for a long time.
I quit using my PT2 last spring, ( My wife uses hers exclusively), and I have been using SubTanks and drippers ever since.
I hope to learn more from the community and who knows, I may be able to pass on some knowledge to help someone else.
