If you have to keep the alien AL85 then I'm pretty sure you can use other coils, ie: Vaporesso GT coils (mesh one is fab! I use those myself, i know u can use them in the baby beast & im 90% sure u can use them in the one you have. Actually there are main different coils in that size, eleaf HW, Joytech pro core. My fav is the vaporesso, here is a link for you to get info on them
