Steeping, there's nothing to it,
basically the artificial or natural flavourings will combine with the PG (propylene glycol) as this is happening it will change colour and taste more full of flavour, because its the PG which carries the flavour, that's why its in the e-liquid.
I have found that if the e-liquid is left in a warm room like a kitchen it will quickly steep maybe in a few days.
you can vape the juice straight away but it almost always tastes better after a few days.
there are no chemicals which need to steam off and there isn't anything strange going on, and I am talking about the e-liquid we sell as I over see it all. its all UK made. I cannot talk for the china or american e-liquids.
