How do you steep your juice?

I read a post somewhere of a guy who was microwaving his juices to steep them too. I personally wouldn't try it. But, I know that light helps with the infusion of my coffee mix.

I buy juices well in advance so they can sit in a dark spot behind my computer monitor. Childproof lids let enough air in without me taking the lid off.

2-3 weeks later, the juice has depened in colour and tastes wonderful!

I've got a safe to keep the juices out of the reach of little hands.
I simply pop off the tops and let them sit. Has done wonders to my el toro eden!

One note of caution, the slightly stronger ones do tend to give off some smell (menthols and the like), I haven't noticed any "transference" to other liquids but I am keeping an eye on it

A safe - a good idea if there are sprogs about. But it conjured up an image of Jessie James and the Trowsher outlaws galloping up to your house, pulling the thing through the wall via a rope and a horse and blowing it up with dynamite - to knick your juices. I MUST get out more.....

) I like to think I'm a bit more modern with my safe.
I have it in an underground bunker that can only be accessed via voice recognition, retinal scan, a password (protected by a curved elliptical cypher) and another thing which I'm not going to post about.
All entrances are protected with automated sentry guns which WILL fire if any of these steps is wrong...

Now.... I just need to remember my bloody password

If you're mixing your own juices steeping can be an essential part of arriving at the final stable flavour of your eliquid and helps flavours infuse. For commercial juices it's a matter of personal choice - some will mellow with further oxidization, some with get stronger, some will change flavour subtley - depending on how and for how long you steep them. It's a personal choice thing.
