Thanks for that, seems like the Xtars come with usb only charging and not mains.

The Rocket is mains powered and also comes with a 12v car adaptor.

luckily the xtar dragon came with a mains plug and some jump leads to check voltage.

Correct & the mains plug works in the vcf as well.
