How often to re wick/coil change

Like above. I know some people re/wick every day. Just thought i would throw it out there. To see what other people do?

I usually get 3-4 days on 70 or 80 VG juice before i have to dry burn my coil and as a consequence have to rewick the build, it's always the coil that needs attention (just a burn not replacement), but it's not easy to reuse the wick from a build and cheap enough to just lob in a fresh piece of cotton. It'll depend on your build, but it would drive me nuts rebuilding everyday.

When the wick goes first it's because i'm letting the tank run too low before refilling, it's always the coil(needing a dry burn) before the wick when i'm paying attention.

If you're using a stock coil, refill sooner rather than later, once that wick is spent, the coil is spent and there's no fix.

Likewise, when the coils drop off in flavour or they look black, it's re wick time.
I've not changed any coils in the last 3 - 4 months of building, I only need to dry fire the crap off and that's only because I started adding some sweeteners to my juice. I've not managed to burn any cotton either.

usually rewick 3-7 days just depends how gunked up it gets. Change coil when its knackered.

Depends on the wire/coil type - if I was using 28 or 30awg for MTL tootle puffing then I'd change both everytime, too thin a gauge to withstand the strain of dewick-dry burn-rewick.

26awg Kanthal stands up well to it - I've got a stellar 3mm spaced coil around an ohm in the Mrs K5 mini, super smooth vape, no pops or crackles whatsoever everytime it's rewicked, and it's been in there for god knows how long? She'd kill me if I changed it - she has two other K5 minis with similar builds but will only use this one. The liquid she vapes is fairly clean so rewicks are every couple of weeks.

i rewick every 3-4 days just dryburn my coils had the same coils in the kylin 2 for about 2 months now
