A simple easy way to avoid the 20mg limit when the new rules come into effect.

The EU bureaucrats really haven't thought this through when there is such an easy loophole.

Another loop hole for 24 is to add a bottle of 6mg to a bottle of 18mg.

I am sorry but that is wrong

When you have a 10ml bottle of 12mg eliquid, what you have is a 1.2% nicotine level in every 1ml of liquid
By adding another bottle of exactly the same you cannot change anything, it is not possible.
12 + 12 / 2 = 12

The only time you can double the concentration is by adding 36mg eliquid or 3.6% nicotine level in every 1ml of liquid.
12 + 36 / 2 = 24
