How to measure your batteries?

No one can magically see that so the whole point is not to highly stress your battery's

But isn't there a way to take an accurate reading of the voltage? Over time the amount of stress your batteries can take reduces until one day rhey cant take a sufficient amount of stress anymore

Stay within the CDR of your cells and make sure you change them as the vape drops off and you will be fine [emoji6] mech use is more about getting a feel for your device and how it behaves so you know when it's not right than it is testing everything like NASA

By CDR you mean current defined rating, meaning amp rating right? I think ill build the coil for it as if the batteries were 25amps so maybe 0.4ohms instead of 0.3, do you think this will place the batteries under a rwasonable amount of stress?

Lold about your comment about NASA, im just super paranoid about safety, i wanted a mech for a long time but i was always too paranoid to get one but after weeks of reading and watching videos i think im ready

Continuous discharge rating CDR and yes it refers to the amp rating of your cell and how do you know you will like the vape at .3 or .4 for me I would start at .5 for my first build and the next a little lower if needed and get a feel for how the power changes

No CDR is constant discharge rate. As vapers we pulse batteries so causing less stress than constant. Still means you build to the amp limit, with headroom for safety. Reg mods can unevenly discharge your batteries depending on board, thus you end up with unbalanced batteries.

I coil at around 0.25-0.35ohm for my single cell mech squonkers & use VTC5A (25A rated) & have enough safety headroom to not stress the batteries. Unless you're chain vaping to the point the mod/RDA gets hot your fine. You'll probably find the vape goes cold long before you pull the voltage too low, mine are around 3.2v when swapping.

Then sack the mech idea off and get a triple battery DNA 250c that will give you 300w of power and build a nice big .4 ohm build and crank up the power it will give you more than a tube mech will and safely [emoji6]

Have a look at the Tesla Invader 2/3, fantastic mod, and they were going dirt cheap a while back, like £25 and shit. Also the Dovpo Vee Mod, something else worth considering, again going for silly money, 26.99 at naturevape right now. An 18650 in a tube mech, they dont last 5 minutes, in comparison to the VV mods and other regulated mods out there. I confess though set up right a tube mech is a lovely sweet vape and so nice in the hand.

Also consider one of these multimeters, I've had one for years. multimeter.jpeg

I was thinking about getting a multimeter but as i said just measuring voltage from one of your battery isnt the true voltage because of the factor of internal resistance
