Google the address they list on the contact page, it's strangely listed for a number of different websites(google the address line), maybe they share a building but for a supposed USA based company, something feels a little off. You'll find the same contact email and address listed for various companies.

I'm gonna try it, the prices are ridiculously low and according to Google's search results naturaliquids doing business in Europe.

The email I received was related to expansion in the UK. They are new in the UK market.
