People always get one dose.... and then another.I would consider giving one dose, and considering mixing different vaccines together a trail but I get your drift
Maybe, I heard it runs until 2023.If it were a normal vaccine that had went through say 10 years of trials, then you would know.....but it isn't and it hasn't , it's pretty much a live trial... as already mentioned best to speak to your Dr who may be better advised on this.

There was this thing I read, a while back, Bill Gates was asked what the side effects of the vaccine would be after two years, apparently his reply was "I don't know, try asking me in two years time, we should know by then"
