Yes, but also what are the final percentage of of VG Pg do you want? Remember if you are adding say 15% flavour that is Pg then either Pg or VG nic it will change your final Pg VG percentage

Is your nicotine Pg or Vg based? Best thing to do is decant the nicotine into 100ml airtight amber glass bottles double freezer bag it and put it in the freezer, then keep out say 30 or 50ml in a bottle in the fridge to use when you want to make up a batch or two.
Make sure it's well labeled and out of reach of children!!!
