We just need to see your build deck with the Coil and the Cotton. even though you have some nice gear it's all about your Coil Position and how you Wick your coil. Put the Deck on your ohm meter or Mod with your build in it then take a Pic.

Sometimes if you take apart by stages and look at each stage at what is supposed to happen and what is actually happening it often becomes obvious where the problem lies, and once you`ve got it right it becomes second nature to build it right every time.
