Just made up a new coil, using a bit of twisted 30awg, attached it to my Taifun and? wtf?!!Instead of getting lower ohms as expected it's reading 2.2 ohms!! Oh well, I must have simply messed up somewhere, ripped it off and just built another one. Aaah what?!! 1.9 ohms?!! Hang on a bit! Ah, that's better, 0.7ohms. Yes indeed, I hadn't got the atty base screwed onto the ohms checker correctly!

Probably not! Mr Perfect Me has assembled a Kayfun without the top cap/chimney o-ring in place more than once, and the first time that I omitted to put the top on the taifun evaporation chamber was not the last!
