So i've read the guide and where to get PG from example tesco 36ml for around 60p and boots do i think its 200ml for £1.40

Concentrates are cheap enough pretty much anywhere but where do i get the nicotine base?

There is a website i know of that sells nicotine base in either 50/50 100%vg or 100%pg

is that what i should be going for?

And then using the PG/VG i buy to water it down with the concentrate yeah?

That seems to be a great deal, especially at 1L

You should go for either PG or VG 100%, as it simplifies the mixing ratios.

I would recommend using a calc for mixing, I personally use eJuice me up, and POTV even have their own (which is decent).

There are also nice guides on mixing on youtube to simplify and explain it all quite well.

Most people use 7.2% nicotine and mix with pg and vg to suit.

36mg is very low, it depends what strength you want to Vape at though.
