Saying that Iceland could potentially be the first country to reject TPD style regulation on vaping.

LoL, i am aware of that mate, but they have been drafting a TPD style bill to regulate vaping, in much the same way as what we do have in the EU.

Nah, I'm sorry .. I didn't read the link before commenting.

I think it's a bit misleading though to be honest, 'the first domino to fall in Europe' ... whatever Iceland do (and I wish them the best of luck) it will have no effect on the EU ... and thank god we are getting out of it too.

I voted no, But my answer would have been, perhaps with the proviso that the beginning of the end and the end of the end could be a long time.
I do not see anything suddenly changing in Europe because of a decision Iceland makes.

Was Holland decriminalising pot quite a few decades ago the begining of the end for irrational laws in that area.
Perhaps, but only time will tell, it has only been a few decades so far.

There is a certain power to logic and truth, but when powerful vested interests are in play, it can take a long time for logic and truth to win over the lies and propaganda of the vested interests.
