Last Christmas I thought I'd treat myself to a smoke after 6 months without. I was really looking forward to it. It was fucking horrible! Binned it after 2 drags.

ok so its 20 months since I've not smoked. what would happen if I smoked a cigarette? would I cough my guts up? just wondering.

I'm not going to do it. Feel much better without the cigs. But I wish I could stop having dreams about smoking. It's always I'm smoking and not using my vape. My vapes always green. So I've decided when I'm paid I'm going to buy a green vape. Green isn't a colour I would normally go for.

It has been at least 7 years since I had a cig, but I still quite regularly dream about smoking. I have a friend who hasn’t smoked for 30 years but he says the same. It is a mixture of memories and subconscious stuff. Try not to dwell on it.
