Innokin t20s to first e-pipe

Thank you @Crewella and @Deaf Vaper . I just ordered my first pipe, the Kamry K1000 plus. Ordered just the bowl and stem from Petersham Pipes.

Am intending to use a Dvarw 16. It's a 2ml RTA tank. If it doesn't look right then I will go with Nautilus mini caged version.

I gather @Crewella now has an RTA on her Kamry. Like i said, i originally did have the mini with the 1.8 coil on it...but found it lacking after a while, but you may find different. I did try it with the 0.7 coil in it, which worked better, but that coil got through more juice and battery power quicker! The cage on it does look neat on the Kamry, unlike the Naut 2, which i now use on one of them, ignore Shaun & Gromet!:

Do you always use them in shorty mode? How does the long stem affect the flavour?

When i had the 0.7 BVC coil in the mini, i could use the stem, as that coil produced enough vape to make enjoyable enough. But with the 1.8, it kinda felt a bit lacklustre, i was having to 'suck' hard to get anything out of it! Regarding the vaping with a stem, well the longer the stem, the cooler the vapour tends to be, when it reaches the mouth, so you'll generally won't get a warm tip, like you would with some drip tips. But as far as flavour is concerned, i haven't noticed any depreciable difference myself. Just a matter of preference. I know Crewella likes to use short tips on her Kamry too.

Here's mine with the stem on it:

But yes...of late, i have been using the short drip tips on the Kamry set ups...cos i take these out with me. They're nice n compact that way, so fit nicely in my pocket...but i do occasionally use the stem at home, when i'm a Sherlock Holmes mood! :18:

That said..my intention for this year is to build up collection of epipes, stems & 18350 batteries (as i have none currently) and am looking for new stock tanks to for them...so....i've not put the deerstalker away just yet!

Got 2 new pipes on the way, that original Guardian, plus something else...which will be unveiled soon! I have a spare Nauty Mini..so will be trying out the Guardian with that...with the all important stem on it! :)2

That's another thing i wanna do...start building a collection of interesting shaped and colourful stems!

I'm catching up with Crewella...slowly! lol!

I shall earn the status of Epipe Guru..in the time honoured way! :)2

That makes sense with the cooler vape using a long stem. That's fine with me. Glad there's no discernible flavour drop.
Might have a look for some different stems myself. Let me know what you find.
I will post a pic of the Kamry with the Dvarw on it when it arrives.

Well a few pipe stem sites were posted on another thread...and i've saved these. Anything from classic 'wooden' stems to modern stainless ones, in all shapes and sixes..have a look at these two sites:

https://epipemods.com/accessories/pipe-stems-and-drip-tips.html
https://www.thedriptipstore.com/collections/extra-long

Plus one i found, Cambria epipes: This scompany seems to use pre-existing brands of epipes, stems and tanks (the Kamry, F-30, and those fectured on Petersham's pipes), but have created there own range with fancy names, i quite the 'Middle Earth' range..... Gandalf pipe anybody?

https://www.cumbriaepipes.online/product/the_gandalf_e-pipe_kit

But you can get individual parts, including the stems seperately: The gandalf uses the 180mm curved E pipe stem, but i quite like the Admiral myself...i've saved that one for my wish list! This is the link at the same site for the stems:

https://www.cumbriaepipes.online/E-PIPE_STEMS/cat3490878_4151468.aspx

And i'm sure there more sites out there for custom epipe bits.

My main issue to find the right tanks for any new epipes i get...i like either a very tight draw, as one gets with the Nauty Mini, or a decent cloud producer, as i get with my Crown SE1 tank. But for an epipe...getting one that looks right on the stem is important too. I may need to seriously start learning how to build my own coils & wicking perhaps.

Thanks for the links. Some nice stuff in there. RTAs are the way to go for me.
