The tobacco sticks lack any sort of quality control, I've already had my device replaced under warranty yet still I dont get 6 minutes or 14 drags per stick. Bought a Ploom instead and use EVO sticks, much better all round. Only use it when out boozing, it's the only time I feel like, or am at risk of smoking. Plus the Evo sticks are a lot cheaper, IQOS (BAT) have hiked the price of their sticks by a quid, to £7, not worth it.
