Is there Carbon monoxide in vape

Hi guys..i went to the stop smoking clinic two weeks ago after two weeks of vaping shop liquid...when i blew into the electronic gadget they have in the clinic after two weeks ,i blew 4 which is very low,before vaping i blew 26...anyway i went back today after two weeks on my own home brews and to her amazment and mine,i blew 12 .so my Carbon monoxide levels have gone up.she didnt understand this ..i dont drive and my home boiler was checked a few months ago and have a Carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen..so i am wondering how this has happend?? Hasanyone eles found this has happend to them..iv not been near any smokers so confused with the readings. Is there Carbon monoxide in vaping

I'm not a scientist but I'm 90% sure there isn't.
Could it be anything else? Where you live,where you work?
Have you changed any of your habits (other than the homebrew) in the last two weeks?
Spent a lot of time in smoking areas?

Higher pollution levels or more car fumes to when you last got tested. 12 is still pretty low really. No vaping doesnt as far as I am aware give carbon monoxide in significant levels... such levels can fluctuate depending on environmental factors...

There is no Carbon Monoxide in vape.

If you stood next to a running car or lorry for a few minutes close to when you were tested it would have the same result.

Ask her when her CO monitor was last calibrated. Your carbon monoxide levels dont rise with vaping. If your boiler is ok and you havent been exposed to a heavy passive smoke, or other obvious pollutant, - then it could be her machine thats wonky .

Funny sort of stop smoking clinic if they didn't know this.

I pop into a local chemist and have regular CO checks, never been more than a 2 since vaping. If you live in a built up urban environment (city or large town) you can get something like a 10 score (London) for a non smoker.
