Is vaping safe for bystanders

As far as I'm concerned and looked it up as the guys said before me vape smoke is not harmful to youngsters. The only thing what I've been told by my lil ones is that if I chuck a massive cloud on the living room they seem to not like it but if I'm vaping my MTL setup which is giving a small amount of a cloud they don't mind it at all.
That being said they had (kids) breathing tests done not long ago and passed them with flying colours so from that I assume it's all green to vape around the kids + there is that lecture saying it's safe.
