Issue with Wholesale Coils.

I submitted a contact us message on their website so will see if I hear back, if not I'll order elsewhere.

Hi, we can assure you that we are trading as normal, unfortunately we have experienced delays due to bank holidays and also items going missing with royal mail. We do endeavour to fulfil all orders with first class postage and same day despatch, with the small percentage of customers that have not received their orders we have either resent or refunded the order.

I heard back from Wholesale Coils. Looks like my order was lost in the post so I've asked for it to be resent. Thanks to everyone for the help and advice, much appreciated
 
Glad to hear you've sorted it out and I don't have to go looking elsewhere. :)
 
good to hear. thanks for the update. sadly it can happen with any delivery now a days.
