Lol, doesnt say much to be honest it does it for quite a few customers latley.

Its were people use their works internet access i think that either have a private connection for security or their server is overseas.

It either says-

1- this order was placed using a high risk internet connection (proxy)

Or

2- the billing address is UK based but the order was placed from uganda for example. Usually its netherlands that flags up
