Hi all just have a small issue at the moment. I have just purchased some juices and they are 80/20. My usual juices are 70/30. The problem I’m having is that the juices are pouring out the air holes so I’m constantly having to vape with half a kitchen roll wrapped around my vape. Can anyone advice wether it’s because they are 80/20 or is it to do with the weather being so warm. What’s the best way to store in the warm weather. Thanks

this does seem to happen quite a bit in the summer but more like when its 30c +
80vg is thicker so shouldnt leak as much as 70vg
are you adding a nic shot to the shortfil and is it 50/50, 70vg, 100vg
has it only just started since you put a new coil in the tank. could be its not screwed in properly or the O ring is scewiff. also what juice is it. certain citric will eat away at O rings and break seals.

I added a nic shot to the first couple and those juices are doing it then I didn’t add nic shot to next couple and still doing it. It’s also happening on all 3 devices so I can’t see it being the coil. Also the coil was fine at first for a few days.

What devices are you using? If they have adjustable airflow then make sure you shut off the airflow before opening the top to refill, that will keep the vacuum in the tank and help stop leaking

@Ruby Technically juices don't leak its the tanks that do.
Assuming you're using the right juice and vg/pg ratio for the tank then the problem will be with the tank or something you are doing.

As above more information would be needed if folk are to be able to help you like whats the tank, mod, coil resistance, and power youre vaping at for a start.

Hi there sorry for delay. I have 3 istick power 80s with cleito tanks. 0.4 coil which is for40-60 w. I vape at 40. I have been vaping using the these devices for last year and a half and never had this problem. It just seems since I got the new juices that’s why I’m wondering what’s going on

as an 80/20 vg/pg mix should be thicker than a 70/30 mix i suspect that temperature could be the crucial factor here,

However i would check/replace seals that help form the partial vacuum that contributes to keeping the juice in your atty, remember to smear seals/threads with a wipe of vg or juice after cleaning to aid the sealing ;) and threads can always be sealed with a quick wrap of plumbers ptfe tape

Probably the heat as of late, stick your juices in the dark in a drawer (away from the sun and where it's not so hot). I've been getting a bit of that with my juice recently, but then i'm lazy sometimes(notably recently) and just have them out on the desk next to me (not the coolest of places). Only noticed it on the mesh tank (with the raspberry donut), the Siren has been blasting away(iced fruits) as per usual.
