Possibly yeah, when filling up clearo`s always tilt to ensure juice slides down the side and not down the center hole and only ever to the top of any markings, but it could also be the clearo itself, is it top coil or bottom, is it all nice and tight, if all is ok with that then i would say the clearo itself is a Fukashima special and a tad leaky.
