Broadside mech very hard to fire/not firing

I have a Broadside Clone with a Kennedy RDA and haven't used them in quite a while. Got them off someone on here but can't remember who. It's in a Vaperz Cloud Broadside Tube Box thing. Don't know much about Mechs so it's just sat here.

Is it looking for a new home?

You should get using it! Honestly the broadside is one of my favourite mechs, just remember the battery goes in the opposite way with the positive side down at the fire button on that mod.

I did use it when i first got it but it's been sat in it's box quite a while. I am mainly MTL AIO Now so it might be time to move it on. It's probably seized up now lol.

Oh I see, yeah if you are a MTL AIO vaper now then it won't get used.

There isn't really anything to get seized up- in my four or so year absence from the forum due to my health issues I used none of my mechs and did not maintain them.

The threads were a little green, but a quick brush with a toothbrush bought them back to brass, a bit of brasso wadding polish for the tarnish, and it's working great!

Maybe put it in the classifieds or if you are feeling generous do a give away :)

When my TVL colt is hard to fire, usually need to strip the button and polish the square sliding part of the pin.
Yeah that was all it was, I needed to clean the contacts where the clutch mechanism contacts the side of the mod to complete the circuit. I also cleaned the threads and battery and 510 connection.
