Hello

Just got my first supplies to mix my own juices. VG, PG + 18mg Nicotine in PG + a couple essences.

I want to start off with a simple recipe, a e juice ive always liked - Vanilla!

What label and company makes the best tasting Vanilla essence?

And I think some sweetener would be good, but which one? There are so many different sweeteners out there... plain sweetener, ethyl maltol, stevia etc. Difficult to know which is what for a newbie. Thats why I ask those who might know and give some info.

Thanks

I'd suggest starting with The Perfumers Apprentice from http://www.leisureliquids.com/. They are decent people who sell good products. Then maybe try some others and see how you get on.

I use TPA sweetener but go easy, a few drops is plenty.

I'd be careful to not pick a flavouring that has vanilla oil in it.. vaping anything with oil in it isn't really recommended.

For a good vanilla base I use vanillin powder from Leisure liquids

the fantasy fudge/Nanny Bakes Kitchen food concentrates (PG based) have a wonderful vanilla - smells and tastes like real vanilla essence

I know I bang on a lot about these, but they're very good - and extra strength, so at £2.99 max inc postage, this is very good value

I've been working on making my own custard flavour, so am currently vaping on a vanilla-heavy mix using these concentrates (mixed with butter, cream, old english toffee and banana). Very nice!

Can't comment on sweeteners, I don't use them
