hello all im hoping i can get some good info on giving up the ciggys.

Hiya , Welcome Joanne, I bought my first Vape kit 2 weeks ago last Monday, now completely off cigs after 45 years. So much help from lovely people in here kept me going when I went through couple coughing days, thought i couldn't do it, happy to say I do not miss the cigs at all. I am loving vaping and finding my favourite flavours.
