Hey all. So pretty new to the vaping world. It's been 2 weeks now and it's all going well in terms to stopping smoking etc so I'm happy with all that. I've amassed a decent collection also since starting of different bits and bobs. To add to much collection I've ordered some EVOD clearos. Well I've got 3 and I've ordered 3 more coming. I've only had these a few days and liked then enough to get a few extra as spare and today all hell broke loose. All 3 are dumping juice like no ones business and I can not stop them. Trawling the internet brings up a few pages about the issue and a few fixes but none of these have worked. It seems a mixed bag out there whether people's leak or not. So just thought I would jump on here and see if anyone has an opinion on the product and whether there is a way of fixing this issue. The 3 EVODs I currently have are from 2 different websites and both exhibit the same issues. All are Kanger branded. I've changed coils in all 3 to the longer type protank style and the issue continues. Getting pretty frustrated to be honest. Anyone got any idea? Cheers all!

Never had issues with my evods.. If its leaking despite plugging in new coils.. It might be that its missing O rings? Doubtful considering its happening to new ones... Might be worth waiting for the others to come along!

Mine have never leaked, but have flooded coils regularly.
Do you have the flavour wicks in place? And the little silicone grommet at the bottom of the chimney in place the correct way round? (Pointing down)?
If you have spare heads, take a second one of those gromets and put it on upside down on top of the other one. I heard that helps.

Had my missus around this evening and she brought but her EVODs with her and they have the same problem. The issue seems to be with over wicking but the juices we use are not thin. I just can't figure out why it's doing it really. Considering I'm using the same coils in both my protanks and EVOD and only the EVOD leaks/flood and drip out the centre post hole. Can leave both my protanks sitting on my desk full of juice for a day and not a single drip but the EVOD will. Thanks for the tip madpiano. I have already tried this but it does not solve the issue as I'm fairly confident the seal between the coil and the tube is perfect and the juice does not seem to be entering at that joint. I know BCC have some issues with leaking but just can't work out what's different between the protank and EVOD using the same coils but yet only leaking on one type. Might have to switch to some top coil clearos of this keeps happening.

Do they leak out the bottom?

Had leaking issues with my protanks and evods, have since moved on to iClear 30 and would never look back.

Just watched a review of the iClear X1 on the indoor smokers YT channel.

That will be my new tank when it gets released, if I havent moved onto an RBA by then :)

madpiano they do leak from the bottom yeah. The juice seeps though the hole in the bottom of the coil.
Pepper I am indeed filling it correctly. No juice is making it's way into the center tube until I have filled, closed and started to use it.
Mr.Motivapr (cool name btw. Brings back memory's of GMTV) I will have a look. I ordered the EVODs to use for work as I didn't want to use my ProTanks as what I do for a living there is a chance of them getting dropped or damaged. Plus the weight of them on an eGo battery is a bit too top heavy. Thanks for the recommendation.

Still strange as to why the EVODs leak. I might get myself some thicker silica and replace the standard flavour wicks in the coils and hopefully it will stop the leaking by making the gap smaller.

make sure that little silicone grommet is pushed down a little tighter where the wicks are. Sounds like too much juice is getting in there and that would be the way!

I think u have the wrong size coil in them
