Just a quick question, after three or four toots on my evod the juice starts to taste burnt. Is this a sign I need to change my Atty? Also I'm looking to start rebuilding my own attys, what size wire and wick will I be needing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can wash and dry burn them, few vids on youtoob on dry burning

As for wick and wire 3mm silica and .2 kanthal aka .20

Edit: don't buy silica off eBay, go to somewhere like stealthvape

:)

Do you have a VV battery? if so, knock the power down a bit. Otherwise, you could try a higher ohm head

Question with a question.
Do you tilt you evod like a ce4/5 when vaping.
I ask because evods are bottom coil and need to be more upright so the juice stays at the bottom.
I run evods coiled at 1.4ohms, all day on ego's, with no burning until there nearly empty.

Sorted it now, just cleaned it and gave it a dry burn. Also recoiled and rewick an old Atty which didn't go to bad. Cheers for all the help!

Worst thing I bought the evod, leaking, gurgling no vape or very little will have to look for a better setup. I think some people will sell you anything for money but after reading reviews I thought evod was for me but not.

I am sick to death with cleaning evod, really annoyed after spending 50 quid on setup. It then works for a few times and becomes hard to suck, gurgling no very little vape. I just want something to work that is simple well designed and won't let me down. I don't want a massive thing because I use it for work and put it in my shirt pocket

Annoyed

Just to add to this - on some thicker (VG) juices the Evod can sometimes struggle to get juice to the lower wick where the coil is resulting in the burnt taste. Removing the top wick can sort it.
