Kanger T3 issues..

I have found using two of the little rubber caps on the t3 works a treat for getting rid of gurgling. I leave the first rubber cap on the right way up then put a second cap on upside down on the center post of the atty head then screw the atty head on to the body of the T3 carefully. I have vaped 5 or six tanks worth with absolutely no gurgling at all using this method.
I hope I have explained myself well enough. Hope this helps you

My MT3's are continuing to behave themselves and as yet I haven't run into any problems with them. Nice tip though, could come in handy thanks.

What purpose does the extra inverted cap seal serve though if you wouldn't mind explaining for a relative noob to all of this kit pleae lol? Does it reduce airflow and increase vapor for example? Or does it have some other affect? Thanks.

It just seems to make a better seal between the atty head & the air tube. There was no scientific reasoning behind it, I just thought it was worth a try and it seems to be doing the trick for me so far.

Understood, thank you mate :-) .

Is this the bigger cap of the two, that sits just below the wicks ?

is this another one you're adding ?

Sorry for being thick lol

No mate, there is a smaller cap seal that slides down onto the centre post above the wicks, can you see that one? If they are missing, that could explain your gurgling, but I would have thought if they were absent, you'd know as it would probably leak, badly.

DrummerNZ is explaining that he is adding a second cap seal that slides down onto the centre post, only when you slide the second one down onto the post, turn it upside down :-) .

Good luck :-) .

Wierd eureka moment?!

Okay so I got an evod.. Was thinking to get a vivi but the evods reviews made me go for it. Got it in the post today and was blown away! Performed great right out the box!! One thing that immediately caught my attention was how much vapor i got out of it, and how much louder (in a good way) than it was than my T3 which got me thinking..

The only downsides I had with it through out my days use was that the flavour was a touch less when compared to my T3, Just a hairs difference, But im sure over time once it has 'broken in' itl be on par if not better (which im expecting' but the bigger issue I had was that the 1.6ml wasnt cutting it for me whislt at home, Which is a purely personal issue to be honest. However whilst at work it was fine as I only vape on break or take a few sneaky drags when nobody is about ;) it made me wonder if there would ever be a 'XL' evod which held more juice.

Was just doing some casual vape forum reading and came across a post where it said the heads where interchangable with both with a little DIY.. So i thought to myself maybe its the base that was giving me all that previous trouble?! (Felt weak, Low vapour, Hardly any noise/'sizzle' Almost silent & gurgley, Hardly any throat hit, BUT wierdly a really good flavour) Swapped the bases, And tried to swap the pins as the T3 one is substantialy longer, and killed (i think) one of my spare evod heads in the process! I was tugging at the little post and pulled out the coil from the base! Oops.. Dont know if I can salvage it but thats for another day! (Or a pro to tell me how lol!) but anyway I pulled out another spare head, swapped pins successfuly and.. Wow! What a BIG difference the evod base has made! Feels like a different clearo altogether. The vape is great, good flavour and TH, Clouds of vapour and now I can make use of the big 3ml capacity! Im guessing the T3s bases werent making a good enough connection? As they would be OK after a post pull but eventually got shitty again.. Will be ordering another evod in and some heads, and now will add a base to the order too solely for my T3 :) I know my situation mightve been an isolated one, As I didnt find much on the net about it! But I felt so excited to get it finally working i thought id post it up on here :)
