I've been running two Kylin M's every day for probably a year now, and never had that happen.
However to say I only run them at 25W and use 50/50 juice.
I'm running OFRF and SC SS mesh with Muji or SC shoelace cotton if that helps.
Of course that is just what happens to work for me on that particular atty, YMMV
