Sounds daft but if you've got a hosepipe try washing as tubby said. The extra water pressure may help. But for Christ sake don't use a pressure washer. You will either tear the paint off or it will fly off like a bullet.

Will give it a go when i get home, deep clean time! Might pick up an ultrasonic unit from maplin if no joy with the two techniques mentioned

Thanks for all the advice Apes, seems me plight has continued as the RX 2/3 screen has now packed up on top of everything else (a week or so old). Will hit up eBay for an ultrasonic cleaner and look to keep a backup mod on the car (thinking a squonker/ spare wire and cotton) as always got spare bats and approx 200ml of juice with me lol
