Doesn't help she gets me to make the "roll your own ones" she has now as she can't do it without a massive mess. Oh I miss the €5.70 for a pack of B&H in france lol.

Once you get the basics its easy.

Buy high mg nic and cut it 50%

Ibget 52mg cut it to 26mg then lower it to about 20 by adding vg...once the pg based flavours are added i get an 18mg juice


The calculator we have up top is simple enough to use.


Most important thing is to track how much of everything you ise for future reference
