Letters are being delivered to ALL households now, regardless of whether they are shielding / vulnerable; those were previously sent out.

I don't know how much attention people will give them, especially those who are carrying on as if nothing is going on, however, at least it's an attempt to reach people without media access; there are people without TVs, radios, papers, internet and even those with a TV don't always watch the news.

I will be adding the images to the next post, in case anyone wants to print them off and wave them in the face of a family member.
