unfortunately I dont think so buddy as article 18 specifically pertains to ecigs

it is rather yes its been a total and utter stitch up not only was it decided before it was ever put to the vote it is also illegal yet the ombudsman says there's nothing they can do and on top of that it was clearly written by muppets who have no understanding of ecigs there are loads of loopholes that people have already discovered.
