This matter is being discussed via the support system on the web site. I don't think calling it rancid and posting on a forum is very fair when we are still having discussions trying to get the the bottom of the matter.
This is the 1st complaint of this type that i have had regarding monkey jizz or for that matter any of my flavours. I do take pride in my work and can assure you all that no materials have changed for several month and as I vape this particular flavour myself i am finding it quite difficult to replicate the taste you are describing. As previously mentioned in your support ticket e-liquid is not a returnable item, however standard procedure with this sort of thing is to either refund or add another bottle to your next order free of charge, please reply to your support ticket with which option you prefer and we will be more than happy to finalise this dispute.
