The “black” packaging dropped the information that may have been useful to smokers and now only tells you that a ciggie has 70-odd substances that are known to cause cancer.

That's exactly why a VLN cigarette is a such stupid idea, especially in a day & age where there are so many reduced risk nicotine products.
