Lower the ohms=lower the wattage?

Just built .1 ohm duel parralell kanthal coils. And cant run it any higher than 30 watts. Is it lower the ohms lower the wattage?
Wicked it 3 times with different results.

0.1 at 30 ? I would think the vape off that is like a gnats fart , I've got a 0,15 at 90w at the mo (for reference)

Decent cloud at 30 watt. Like it to be a bit warmer. Was ok at 60 watt till it burnt the wick. Would take pic but only on phone. Pic not clear.

Prob the way i'm wicking it. Will try few more times. Got a few .3 ohm claptons that do well upto 75 of the x cube mini .
