They do some dont they, big air slots, restricting coils. Thats what I like about the Naboo, both right open so you could breath through it if you wanted to.
Recently I got some mesh coils for an old Herakles 3 tank I shelved. Didnt rate the vjet coils to my taste, sat around for ages forgotten. Then saw some real cheap mesh coils for it so got some. What a difference, I'm loving that tank with those coils. Looks goofy being a tall tank compared to those around now but it vapes lovely.

Funny Mrs kid has always used an old aspire Atlantis tank which we bought when they came out for an evening vape. She used aspire 0.5 coils for year's but switched to eleaf 0.5 ohms as they were as consistent but cheaper.
A few months back I tried the 0.3ohm coils for a change and they run around the same wattage (perhaps 2/3w more) they're a world better on flavour. Such a small difference in design but a massive performance difference.
Eleaf just resurrected that coil design again (it was the most universal for a while) in one of the new Mello tanks with a mesh design.
