Made a mosfet box but it's not working

Hi folks, I'm hoping sthat me one can help me here.....

I ordered lots of parts etc and made my own wooden enclosure. 2 of the parts I ordered were off eBay and were 2x IRLB3034 mosfets. First build was just like my first (working fine) build except only a single 18650 instead of 2x18650's in parallel.

The box is not firing at all. I have checked my wiring and continuity of all my connections and they are good. But when I install the battery, the rda or kangertech mini tank are not firing. What I'm finding incredibly strange is that the voltage directly across the pos and neg parts of the 510 connector is reading around 3.9 to 4V when the button is not pressed, and 4.19V when it is pressed.

I would have thought that the mosfet was faulty but I tried the other one I got and the same is happening.

Any ideas? It's driving me insane!!!

What resistor are you using? Csn you post a pic of your wiring as clear as possible?

i think your right about the mosfets being ok as i had a dodgey one not long ago and it would just auto fire when a atty was attached but like popeye said some pics might help people out to help you
