Mech switches - where can I get new magnets or springs?

Afternoon.

So, cheap crappy brittle magnets shattered when I was cleaning out the switch in one of my mechs. Baws!!

Any recommendations for somewhere selling a variety of different sizes of magnets and/or springs?
Had some fast tech nemesis replacements but have used all of them and they aren't quite big enough for the job in mind.
And some alternative strength spring would be handy.
