So finally built my first Box mod.. Mosfet Series box... had a few niggles and took about 5 hours or so, but it's running perfectly and kicks out clouds like no tomorrow.. I'm currently giggling a lot and have a huge grin on my face...

This was just before I got it working.. was bummed when it didn't but found the negative bridge wire wasn't connected properly. Soldered that back up and bang.. working.

Looks sweet. What 510 is that, positive post looks like it make life simpler - thinking about having a bash at building, little things like that may make me get on with it

Lovely job ax :) Is that one of those old fashioned tobacco ignition things that people use to carry around in the old days I see in the background ;)

Thanks, you may have noticed a large order of 510s from me over the last week ;) I'm currently on a quest to see if I can squeeze all the components down into a 1590G. And yeah, I don't have a blowtorch so it's used for annealing wire.

Ahh I wondered who that was from, thanks :)

They're just about doable length wise in a g box

No worries, yup I have a G drilled out and am currently dry fitting everything, although I'm thinking low profile may be the way to go with this..
