As a very basic guide, this is how I make a 10ml 50/50 mix @ 18mg

72mg nic base (PG) - 2.5ml
PG based flavour - 2.0ml
Propylene Glycol - 0.5ml
Vegetable Glycerine - 5ml

That adds up for me Clint not tried any mixing yet, but interested in Menthol never used stickies menthol but for some reason vapeing rocks it.

Nic comes either as VG or PG base (or a mix of the two - I prefer VG base) so you enter the desired percentage you want in the mix and the nic strength. If you use mixed PG/VG base you just enter the % in the respective PG and VG content of nicotine sections.

Then you add flavours, most are PG based so if you add 20% flavouring to a mix overall you will automatically be adding 20% of your PG requirement. If your flavouring is VG based you click the radio button to set this and if you use something that is neither you select other.

But that wouldn't work since we are mixing liquids which are volume.

i found this vid which seems to explain it far clearer so far. from Lordy ( though hes frequent ceiling glancing can be distracting )
so now i understand that both Nic and Flavourings come in a PG or VG solution rather than as standalone .

really the only real issue concern is the whole desceprency regarding drips per ML as several places ive looked have anything from 20-35.
and if im mixing up say a 5ml sample its going to be quite tough to get it accurate.

I've never yet come across vg flavour concentrates so please do share if you find any. As for drops per ml, it's going to depend on what you're dropping out of. Always best to work in mls in my opinion, unless you're not too bothered about accuracy.

right so now i need to get me some 54 or 72mg 100% PG base NIc, some PG, some VG some flavourings and a few bottles, pipettes and syringes and maybe a whirlygig frother... sounds easy enough.. just have to go see what the missus has in her purse!

working in ML fine if your doing i guess +10ml bottles but for sample batch of say 5ml might be a little more tricky for the accuracy of flavourings
