I feel compelled to share how brilliant I think Midlands Vaping have been with me over the last month.

As customers we can be a right royal pain in the arse, and none more so than me. Having pre-ordered a Panzer thanks to money I raised during the Christmas period they delivered well ahead of schedule.

I wasn't content to sit back with that one, I needed the Biomech to go with it. MV not only allowed me to reserve one but put up with my demands for a specific serial number - #195

195 is a special number because I'm a Physicist by qualification. The sum of eleven consecutive primes: 3 + 5 + 7 + 11 + 13 + 17 + 19 + 23 + 29 + 31 + 37, a Harshad and a Sphenic number. I'm delighted.

They've been happy to answer all my questions promptly and not get the slightest bit ratty about having to wait for me to raise the money to pay for it.

It also turns out that they are actively involved in the local vaping community, hosting vapemeets in the shop.

So, even if this diverges from my usual style of writing, I'm delighted to see them become part of our POTV community and can thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase anything from simple beginner kits through to high-end Pinoy metal.

I've not been yet,plan to at the next meet,but have to agree with comments about thier work in the vaping community,Andy has been unerringly helpful and supportive of a newbie in all media :-)

I am not one to crow about the fact that I've paid ten times more for a mod than someone else, I don't believe it makes me a better person or sexually well-endowed. The fact that I have the cock of a new-born baby and am less worthy than some bint with tits in a Big Brother house does not mean I over-compensate with expensive goods.

I was explaining earlier that having a new Harley Davidson doesn't make you ten times a better rider than the person on a second-hand Honda. The bike doesn't go faster, it doesn't corner better so how the hell is it "worth" ten times more.

Worth is a subjective thing, it's only relevant to the person buying the thing. I got a huge level of enjoyment from the Hog I never dreamed of being able to afford but what I did expect was ten times the level of service I'd have got from the second-hand Honda dealer. Stratstone Harley in Wolverhampton suck balls. Huge, great, sweaty donkey balls.

So, having bought a Panzer and a Biomech from Midlands Vaping for ten times what I could buy a clone Nemesis from the Far East for, the analogy holds. Should something have gone wrong with them already I'd be expecting the level of service comparable with a high-end device.

But nothing has gone wrong.

"So, Mawsley, you daft twat" you cry "why the fudge are you bothering to write more drivel on this forum?"

This is why: since buying the mods the guys at Midlands Vaping have remained in contact on Facebook. They've been clicking likes to my pictures of cats (if I'd posted pictures of cats, which I haven't because cats suck bigger, sweatier donkey balls than Stratstone Harley in Wolverhampton) and have frequently asked how it's all going.

They've taken an interest in the customer, in this case me, after the sale has been and done and gone even though they've already spent my money on mint humbugs and alcopops. They've offered wicking tips for cloud chasing and they've continued to prove themselves to be absolute bloody stars in other ways too. Ten times better than FastTech? Yes, and then times that number by another ten.

At least.

My first post was from the perspective of someone leading up to buying, this one comes from everything being over and done with. The result of which is that it's not over and done with.

Midlands Vaping have absolutely, categorically, unequivocally guaranteed me as an ongoing customer. On Saturday I'll be climbing into the car and travelling the 60 miles to the Black Country to go visit them at the open shop vape meet.

I struggle to comprehend how any vendor could have done more for me than they have over the last month beyond arriving at the house to coil my attys and fill the tanks for me.

Andy, Jay, this is me saying thank you very much. And that my Ithaka is running low on Pow Wow Sauce so if you could sort it out before the morning...

+1 for Midlands Vaping have to agree with all of the above and I am not saying that just because the sponsor my show on RY4 with prizes and such like they are a real part of the vaping community and not just "into it for the money" they actually care.
 
well, where do we start, we are highly honoured at that post, no really we are, we always try to do the best we can for customers we really do (we always wear our customers hat) treat as you want to be treated, that is our theory, sorry we cant resolve the eliquid spillage situation but we sure have a wide range on offer, how did you get on with the coil Mawsley and lazydog nice to see you here

I've been testing out a new sub-ohm device to replace a coil today, in-between trying to build up my freelancing business.

But the Double Cross is cleaned and dry and waiting for the 432 once I've finished my coffee. ;)
 
Just a +1 absolutely amazing service and knowledge of vape'n find it a joy to travel down as I'm from Rugby, great company and on our side with fighting for the rights of vapers #BBCVapeMeet. Just vape'n away on the Grand Vapor Private v3 topped with Trident v2 and "All Caked Out!" Banzilla/Dougnutter/Homer all in one @.9ohm. #VapeOn!
 
Nice to see this thread.

I've only dealt with Midland Vaping once, although I've been drooling over stuff on their site for quite a while now. They always seem to be the only (or at least one of the the first) UK-based companies stocking original versions of the most interesting stuff I see in reviews etc.

My one experience of purchasing from them (about 10 days ago) was certainly a positive one. They were £10 cheaper than the only other UK stockist for what I wanted. I ordered online - and found the site easy to use - but picked up in store. Andy gave me a free can of coke and took time to tell me about the product. There was plenty of tempting stuff in the shop, which is a very nice place to hang out and vape or chat. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and making a detour off the M5 to spend some more time there the next time I'm passing.

Nice to know you guys are on here - so I can say ta again!
