Must concur with this^^^^^^^
In Friday I decided to but the vapor flask 2.1 in gun metal
Got to checkout and got a message that I had too many in basket went back to main site to find out of stock
Phoned up and told they had a couple in store if I wanted to come down
Unfortunately I live in Essex so bit too far to drive
Was asked to call back in half an hour when someone would be able to help me
So called back and spoke to a charming lady who went above and beyond good customer service
I got the flask plus a pair of vtc4's discounted a free bottle of juice and free next day shipping
It does sometimes seem better to talk to people as you get a more personal service
All my vapemail arrived by 10am the next morning (order made at 1.20pm in a Friday )
Will definitely use them again

funnily enough I was getting the new Vapourflask, some vtc 4s and a bottle of juice as well! Although I did also get tempted by the EHpro Billow tank while in store so ended up getting that too. Very happy with all the items, as well as the customer service/price..

Have been a couple of times and ordered over the phone as well and every dealing has been great. They stock some of the best juices I have come across and both times I have visited time gets carried away and have narrowly avoided parking tickets :-).
